Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Rod of Iron Ministries will provide a 100% refund when you return the product unopened in its original packaging with the original receipt, within 30 days from the date you purchased it. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Contact us about exchanging your product for a different one or to let us know why you are returning the product. We appreciate your feedback and want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with Rod of Iron Ministries.

How To Return An Item
‍Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email info@rodofironministries.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 5% restocking fee up to 90 days and 10% restocking within 6 months. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
